SkillBridge.Za provides:

• ✅ CV Analysis - Automated extraction and analysis of skills from your CV
• ✅ Job Matching - Comparison of your skills to job requirements
• ✅ Learning Resources - Suggestions for courses and tutorials to close skill gaps
• ✅ Job Alerts - Optional email notifications about relevant job opportunities

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws in South Africa

If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental consent.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Accurate Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information in your CV
• Not misrepresent your skills, qualifications, or experience
• Update your information if it changes

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• ❌ Attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the Service
• ❌ Use the Service for illegal purposes
• ❌ Spam or harass others
• ❌ Upload someone else's CV without permission
• ❌ Scrape or copy our content without permission
• ❌ Reverse engineer our technology

Violation may result in:

• Immediate termination of access
• Legal action
• Reporting to authorities

5. CV Upload and Analysis

5.1 Your CV Ownership

By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

• Process and analyze your CV
• Store it temporarily (30 days)
• Use it to provide the Service

We do NOT:

• Claim ownership of your CV
• Share it with third parties (except as described in Privacy Policy)
• Use it for any other purpose

6. Job Alerts

6.1 Opt-In Service

Job alerts are optional.

By signing up, you consent to:

• Receive emails about job opportunities
• Storage of your email and preferences
• Automated matching of jobs to your skills

6.2 Unsubscribe

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

• Clicking "Unsubscribe" in any job alert email
• Emailing hello@skillbridge.co.za

We'll process your request within 5 business days.

7. No Guarantees

7.1 Service Accuracy

The Service is a tool to help you, not a guarantee of results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

SkillBridge.Za shall NOT be liable for:

• Lost profits or opportunities
• Job application rejections
• Incorrect skill analysis
• Data loss
• Service downtime
• Third-party actions (employers, learning platforms)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We process your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.
